(A) Digital Downloads

Returns & Refunds for Digital Downloads

All sales of digital products at Silversaga Patterns are final once the download link has been accessed. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate download and waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

Exceptions:

  • If the file is defective (e.g., corrupt, broken link) or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of download at info@silversagapatterns.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will attempt to correct the file. If we cannot fix it within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.


(B) Custom-Cut Fabric

Returns & Refunds for Custom-Cut Fabric

Fabric sold by length is produced to your exact specifications and is therefore exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once cutting commences (within 24 hours of order confirmation), no cancellations or returns are permitted.

Defects / Non-Conformity:
If the fabric you receive is defective or materially differs from the description (wrong color, incorrect length, major weaving flaw), notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@silversagapatterns.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Upon verification, you may choose:

  1. A replacement of the correct/non-defective fabric (we cover shipping both ways); or

  2. A full refund of the fabric purchase price (minus original shipping).

Color Variations
We make every effort to display fabric colors accurately on our website; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and device settings. We do not accept reclamations for minor color variations caused by customers’ screen calibrations or display settings. Only significant color discrepancies—where the fabric you receive is materially different from its online description or sample—are eligible for replacement or refund.

If you are uncertain about how a color will appear in person, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise or provide a physical sample.
